Shipping + Handling
Orders are process and shipped within 5 business days from the time the order was received, unless order contains a pre-order item. A confirmation email with your shipment tracking and status will be sent when the order has shipped.
SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground (you’ll have a few options when you check out). Typically, USPS Ground Advantage takes between 2-7 days, USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days and UPS Ground takes 2-5 days. Exceptions to this would be determined by events outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shoppers have a range of shipping options to choose from when checking out. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND INTL SHOPPERS SELECT A TRACKED SHIPPING SERVICE WHEN THEY ARE READY TO CHECK OUT (USPS Priority International, UPS Expedited Shipping or DHL are fully tracked).
USPS First Class Shipping // Takes 7-21 days to deliver and THERE IS NO TRACKING once the parcel leaves the United States
USPS Priority International Shipping // Takes 7-10 days to deliver and is fully tracked to final destination
UPS Expedited Shipping // Takes under 5 days to deliver and is fully tracked to final destination
Please note that once the order is dropped off with the mail courier, it is completely out of our hands. If your order has been scanned as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbor and/or family and give the courier an extra day as it might have been scanned by error. IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN, IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. We are not required to replace your missing merchandise however we’d love to help find a resolution (per individual case) so please send us an email for assistance.
All International packages are subject to Customs, Duties, Taxes, Customs fees and any additional fees required by the specified Country and is paid for by the shopper. We do our best to keep the value of your order under $100 to avoid high fees on your behalf.
