All domestic returns and exchanges must be approved via email before they are shipped back. Unauthorized packages returned to us without approval will not be accepted.
We do not offer refunds - all APPROVED returns will be issued store credit (via webstore gift card that does not expire).
You have 5 days to contact customer service if you would like to return/exchange your order from the date it was delivered. After your return and/or exchange is approved via email, a return label will be emailed to you and you can print/ship your item back to us.
All items to be returned/exchanged must be in their ORIGINAL condition and packaging.
