Q: Are all of your items authentic vintage?

A: Yes.  We only sell authentic vintage clothing that date from the 1940's - mid 1990's. We do not sell reproductions!

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes! Please see our return policy page for more information.

Q: What is considered normal wear for vintage clothing?

A.  Normal wear is wear that does not detract from the appearance or  wear-ability of an item. This includes minor fading due to age and washing, a few unnoticeable loose sequins/beads, or slight wear to edges on leather. What you will NOT find on our merchandise are seam separations, missing buttons, pilling, stains or other flaws that affect its wear-ability. All items are cleaned, conditioned, and pressed prior to shipping.  We meticulously inspect each item multiple times and have a professional seamstress repair any flaws, such as loose seams or buttons, to ensure the item is free from defects and will arrive in ready to wear condition. Any flaws beyond minor normal wear will be noted in the item’s description.

Q: An item I love sold before I was able to purchase it.  Do you have another?

A: Sorry, each item is a one-of-a-kind vintage find.  If the item is returned, it will be offered for sale again.

Q: Are the accessories pictured included?

A: No. Unless noted in the description. Please visit our accessories and jewelry page to complete your look!

Q: How do you measure your items and determine the fit?

A: We do our best to make sure the measurements are as accurate as possible. We measure every item very carefully, lying flat, and include all measurements in the item description.  You can double the measurements listed to give you actual full garment measurements (i.e. If bust measurement is listed as 19" then it's 38" all around). We also provide an estimated size, based off of US women’s sizing.  If you have any questions about an items size, just message us, we’re happy to help!

Q: Do you offer layaway?

A: Yes, we are happy to offer layaway for purchases over $300.

*Layaway payments are non-refundable, and items will not be shipped until the entire purchase is paid in full.
