Returns + Exchanges
We want you to LOVE your item as much as we love offering them!
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item if you would like to return your purchase. We do not allow extensions on this time period for ANY reason.
- A restocking fee of the higher of 15% or $10 will be charged for a refund to the original form of payment. We can also issue store credit for the full purchase amount if preferred.
- Customer pays for return shipping unless the item was grossly misrepresented (i.e we missed something)
- JEWELRY and sale items are not eligible for return.

- Item must be unworn with all tags still remaining on the item. We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the tags are replaced or missing and if the item has obviously been worn. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Item must be shipped back within 72 hours of contact with the order number and customer name included. Items are to be packed carefully in the same manner they are shipped to prevent damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the item be damaged due to haphazard packaging. All returned items require signature confirmation and tracking.
- When free shipping is offered, we reserve the right to deduct from the returned items total.
- We reserve the right to refuse any and all packages that do not follow the above guidelines.
